Annual Meeting
To: All Central New Mexico USBC members
Re: Annual Open Meeting
The annual open meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, July 20, 2008 at 2:00 o’clock PM. The meeting will be held at the Radisson Hotel located at 2500 Carlisle Boulevard NE in Albuquerque. Remember that this meeting is open to all members in good standing.
Several items of interest and importance will be on the agenda for the day including:
- election of board of directors members, youth committee members and state & national delegates
- report on national convention
- scheduling of the annual awards banquet
The First Vice President, several board member positions, and several youth committee positions are up for election this year. Anyone who is interested in being nominated for board membership, youth committee membership, or who is interested in being nominated for state and/or national delegate please submit a nomination consent form to the association office by
July 11, 2008 in order to be included on the ballot.
Please contact the association office at 265-9158, Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with any questions regarding any of the elected positions to be filled.
